导师团队制在研究生培养中的应用效果研究 被引量:11

摘要 如今随着民众受教育程度越来越高,研究生教育也向着大众化方向发展,学校能否栽培出创新型的技术人才是当今社会对于研究生教育的主要关注点。长期以来,我国的研究生培养计划实行的都是单一导师制度,这种培养模式可以拉近师生关系,在一个团队中完成研究生培养计划。但近些年学校对于研究生教学进行了扩招,一个导师同时指导十几位学生已不足为奇。但是导师的能力与精力有限,往往会造成培育出的研究生会局限在某单一学科学术领域当中,而不能将学生的钻研能力以及学习能力得到充分的开发。所以,在当今研究生培养计划中推广导师团队指导制对于研究生人才开发非常有必要。 Nowadays,with the people’s higher and higher education level,graduate education is also developing towards the direction of popularization.Whether schools can cultivate innovative technical talents is the main concern of today’s Society for graduate education.For a long time,the postgraduate training plan in our country has been implemented as a single tutor system.This training mode can close the relationship between teachers and students and complete the postgraduate training plan in a team.However,in recent years,the school has expanded the enrollment of postgraduate teaching.It is not surprising that a tutor guides more than a dozen students at the same time.However,the limited ability and energy of tutors often result in the cultivation of graduate students limited to a single academic field,and cannot fully develop students’research ability and learning ability.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the tutorial team guidance system in the current graduate training plan for the development of graduate talents.
