本文针对英语听译教学发展的客观趋势,从英美剧字幕翻译特点出发,通过采用大量参考文献的分析法、对比法,介绍了英美剧字幕翻译的特点,分析了英美剧字幕翻译策略。首先,针对英美剧字幕翻译的特点,详细介绍了英美剧字幕翻译的三大特点,分别是通俗易懂特点、大众化特点、跨文化特点。其次,针对英美剧字幕翻译策略,详细阐述了英美剧字幕翻译三大策略,分别是适当回归、重视增译、恰当异化。最后,通过结束语的形式,总结了英美剧字幕翻译策略对英语教学中借鉴意义。希望通过这次研究,为英语教师的教学工作提供有效的参考。

In view of the objective trend of the development of English listening and translation teaching,starting from the characteristics of subtitle translation of English and American dramas,this paper introduces the characteristics of subtitle translation of English and American dramas through the analysis and comparison of a large number of references,and analyses the strategies of subtitle translation of English and American dramas.Firstly,aiming at the characteristics of subtitle translation of British and American dramas,this paper introduces in detail the three major features of subtitle translation of British and American dramas,namely,the characteristics of easy to understand,the characteristics of popularization and the characteristics of cross-culture.Secondly,aiming at the subtitle translation strategies of British and American dramas,this paper elaborates three strategies of subtitle translation of British and American dramas,namely,appropriate return,emphasis on additional translation and appropriate foreignization.Finally,through the form of concluding remarks,this paper summarizes the implications of subtitle translation strategies for English teaching.It is hoped that this study will provide an effective reference for English teachers’teaching work.
