摘要
本文分析了在本科教学中开展研究性教学模式的必要性;以研究者所承担的'公共组织绩效管理'课程教学改革为依据,分析了章节教学中的具体改革措施;最后结合教学改革效果对未来的课堂教学改革提出了设想。
This paper analyses the necessity of carrying out research-based teaching mode in undergraduate teaching;based on the teaching reform of'Public Organization Performance Management'course undertaken by researchers,it analyses the specific reform measures in chapter teaching;finally,it puts forward some ideas for future classroom teaching reform combined with the effect of teaching reform.
