北京市普通高校非高水平田径队建设中存在的问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Non-high-level Track and Field Teams in Beijing Universities

采本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对北京市10所普通高校非高水平田径队15名教练员的调查,总结制约非高水平田径队发展的因素,并就如何推动非高水平田径队建设提出了针对性的建议和对策,为田径队组建和发展提供指导,为其他项目运动队建设提供参考。

By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper summarizes the factors that restrict the development of non-high-level track and field teams by investigating 15 coaches of non-high-level track and field teams in 10 colleges and universities in Beijing,and puts forward pertinent suggestions and countermeasures on how to promote the construction of non-high-level track and field teams,so as to provide guidance for the formation and development of track and field teams and provide reference for other project sports team construction.
