依托电子设计竞赛促进教学改革和高素质人才培养

Promoting Teaching Reform and Cultivating High-quality Talents by Electronic Design Competition

针对目前我院电气信息类专业教学及人才培养方面存在的不足,提出依托电子设计竞赛促进教学改革和高素质人才培养。通过'以赛促改'来转变教学理念,完善教学体系;通过'以赛促教'来提高教师教学水平,改善教学效果;通过'以赛促学'来增强学生学习兴趣,提高学习主动性;通过'以赛促练'来锻炼学生实践动手能力,提高学生的专业素质和创新能力。实践证明,依托电子设计竞赛平台,教学团队建设逐见成效,教研成果乐观,教学效果显著,学生综合创新能力得到增强,人才培养效果令人满意。

In view of the shortcomings in the teaching and personnel training of electrical and information specialty in our college,this paper proposes that relying on electronic design competition can promote teaching reform and high-quality personnel training.Through the'competition to promote reform'to change the teaching concept,improve the teaching system;through the'competition to promote teaching'to improve teachers’teaching level and teaching effect;through the'competition to promote learning'to enhance students’interest in learning,improve learning initiative;through the'competition to promote training'to exercise students’practical ability,improve students’professional quality and innovation ability.Practice has proved that relying on the platform of electronic design competition,the construction of teaching team has achieved successes,the results of teaching and research are optimistic,the teaching effect is remarkable,the students’comprehensive innovation ability has been enhanced,and the effect of personnel training is satisfactory.
