摘要
文章从当前国家相关政策与时代背景出发,对当前MOOC时代高校教学团队的特征及团队建设的必要性进行了分析,针对当前大部分校企合作中存在的主要问题,提出了进行校企深度合作的意见,并在此基础上进一步提出了教学团队建设的一些策略与可行性措施。
Based on the current national policy and the background of the times,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the current teaching team and the necessity of team building in the current MOOC era.The main problems existing in most current school-enterprise cooperation are discussed and in-depth school-enterprise cooperation is proposed.Some strategies and feasible measures for the construction of the teaching team are also proposed.
