等离子体辅助法制备白光AlN纳米棒 被引量:1

Formation of AlN Nanorods with White-light Emission by Plasma-Assisted Method

摘要 利用等离子体辅助直流电弧方法制备出发白光的AlN纳米棒,并利用SEM表征了AlN纳米棒的形貌,利用XRD及Raman光谱表征了AlN的结构和组成,用PL探究了AlN纳米棒的光学性能,并对其发光机理进行了讨论。均匀生长的AlN纳米棒为长度为5-17 m,直径在400-500 nm,结晶性好, AlN纳米棒发白色光。 AlN nanorods with white light were prepared by plasma-assisted DC arc method.The morphology of AlN nanorods was characterized by SEM,the structure and composition of AlN were characterized by XRD and Raman spectroscopy.The optical properties of AlN nanorods were investigated by PL,and the luminescence mechanism was discussed.The uniformly grown AlN nanorods are 5-17 um in length and 400-500 nm in diameter.They have good crystallinity and white light.
