高校基层党组织是增强大学生思想政治教育的重要阵地,结合学院实际,从高校基层党组织的维度探讨增强大专院校学生思想政治教育实效性研究,主要措施如下:采取主题'宣讲团'和常规学习相结合,增强价值观引领;结合辅导员专业定制年级主题班会+'基础'教育,挖掘学生成长内动力;创建教师党员联系宿舍常态化机制和学生党章小组组织机构,助力传动机制。

Grass-roots Party organizations in Colleges and universities are important positions to strengthen ideological and political education of College students.Based on the actual situation of colleges and universities,this paper explores how to enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of college students from the dimension of grass-roots Party organizations.The main measures are as follows:to adopt the theme of'lecture group'and conventional learning,to strengthen the value orientation;Joint counselors specialize in customizing grade theme class meetings+basic education to tap the inner motivation of students’growth;establish the normal mechanism of teachers’Party members’contacts with dormitories and the organizational structure of students’Party constitution group to help drive the mechanism.
