数字出版时代网络盗版屡禁不止,著作权侵权案件频发,侵权手段也越发多样化。本文在分析了数字网络技术对著作权影响的基础上,评析传统的网络著作权保护模式,并进一步从商业模式、法律制度和技术手段层面探讨了著作权在数字出版时代如何得到有效保护。

In the age of digital publishing, Internet piracy appears repeatedly and copyright infringements with various acts occur frequently. Based on the analysis of the impact that digital network technology has upon copyright, this paper reviews the traditional network copyright protection mode, and, from the aspects of business model, legal system and technical means, examines how to provide protection for copyright in the age of digital publishing.
