摘要
针对单端谐振式单级光伏微逆变器存在逆变控制困难的问题,提出一种针对该逆变器的SPWM控制方法。该控制方法吸取了单级交错反激式微逆变器和推挽正激式微逆变器的控制思路,提出了两种相对可行的控制思路,可以有效解决单端谐振式微逆变器在逆变控制上存在的问题,减少了逆变阶段的开关管损耗,有效的提升了逆变器效率,为家用光伏微逆变器提供了一种有效的SPWM控制方法。
A single-ended resonant single-stage photovoltaic micro-inverter has difficulty in inverter control,and a SPWM control method for the inverter is proposed.The control method absorbs the control ideas of the single-stage staggered flyback micro-inverter and the push-pull forward micro-inverter,and proposes two relatively feasible control ideas,which can effectively solve the single-ended resonant micro-inverter in the inverter The problem of control reduces the switching tube loss in the inverter stage,effectively improves the efficiency of the inverter,and provides an effective SPWM control method for the household photovoltaic micro-inverter.
