摘要
目的:分析脑卒中出院病人住院费用的影响因素,为降低该病种费用提供数据支持。方法:对2005-2017年脑卒中出院病人进行统计分析。结果:脑卒中病人西药费高大49.4%,比例过高。9个因素进入回归方程(P<0.001),解释65.1%的住院费用。住院天数是重要影响因素。结论:降低药费比例,缩短平均住院日,减少并发症和医院感染,加强对不同费别病人的住院费用监控,降低医疗费用。
Objective:To analysis of influence factors of hospitalization cost of stroke patients discharged from the hospital,and then provide data support for reducing the disease cost.Methods:Analysis patients of stoke patients between 2002-2013.Results:The cost of Medicine for stroke patients reached 49.4%.9 factors were in regression equation(P<0.001),explained 65.1%.Length of stay was the first factor.Conclusion:To reduce the proportion of expenses for medicine,shorten length of stay,reduce complications and hospital infection,could help to reduce medical costs.
