浅谈大学生“保姆式”管理的弊端

Talking About the Disadvantages of College Students' “nanny-style” management

本文根据作者做辅导员四年来的工作经历,描述了高校"保姆式"管理的做法。讨论了"保姆式"管理为从事学生工作的班主任、辅导员带来的苦恼,以及"保姆式"管理阻碍大学生迅速成长、走向成熟、独立面向社会的步伐。提出了高校"保姆式"管理只能解决眼前的问题,看似便捷、学生少走弯路,其实并没有为长远打算着想,偏离了高校培养综合素质人才的目的。

This article describes the practice of'nanny-style'management in colleges based on the author’s four years of work experience as a counselor.Discussed the distress of'nanny-style'management for teachers engaged in student work,and the'nanny-style'management hinders the rapid growth,maturity,and independence of students.It is proposed that the'nanny-style'management of colleges can only solve the problems at hand.It seems that students have less detours.In fact,they do not have deliberate for the long-term plan and deviate from the purpose of cultivating comprehensive quality talents in colleges.
