本钢北营公司生产的预应力钢绞线用热轧盘条SWRH82B,由于铸坯中心疏松在后期轧制过程未焊合导致在拉拔过程断裂。
BeiYing company of BX STEEL products the prestressed steel strand SWRH82B,which is broken,Due to the billet’s loose in the center,which is not welded in the process of rolling.Through process improvement,the product quality meet customer requirements.
