“一带一路”背景下港澳台高校技术创新发展情况探析

Analysis of Technological Innovation Development of Universities in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan under the Background of "The Belt and Road"

在'一带一路'背景下,根据专利计量信息,对港澳台高校技术创新发展情况进行了分析。研究发现:在国家知识产权局申请专利数量呈大幅增长趋势,年均增长33.23%;技术创新优势领域发展不平衡,优势技术领域为A类、H类、G类和C类;专利被引用程度和专利申请协作程度较高,更加注重技术创新核心能力提升和技术创新协同发展;应该进一步加强港澳台地区高校与国家其他地区的技术创新交流、合作、吸收和协同发展。

Under the Background of'The Belt and Road',according to the metrical information of invention patents,this paper evaluates the technological innovation development of universities in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.The research finds that:The number of patent applications applied in the State Intellectual Property Office has increased significantly,with an average annual growth of 33.23%;The development of technology innovation advantage is not balanced,and the dominant technology areas are category A,H,G and C;the degree of patent citation and patent application cooperation is high,and more attention is paid to the promotion of core competence of technological innovation and the coordinated development of technological innovation;the technological innovation exchanges,cooperation,absorption and coordinated development between universities in Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan and other parts of the country should be strengthen further.
