探讨国内一般等级公路建设施工管理不足之处及解决办法综述

一般等级公路作为我国交通运输网路的组成部分,其质量的优劣直接关系着服务功能的好坏,为此在进行一般公路建设施工时需要统筹管理。通过找出一般等级公路施工管理不足之处,提出一般等级公路施工管理质量所需要的解决办法。结论是,首先健全质量管理机构;施工前对从事作业的每一位人员进行岗前培训,合格后上岗;施工过程中,保证各个工序流水作业、不窝工;最终实现一般等级公路管理最优化。

The quality of the general level of highway directly related to the service function of good or bad as the part of the transportation network in our country,so a whole management was needed to be made during the construction of highway construction.The shortcomings of general level of highway management were found out to put forward the solution of the general level of road construction management.The results showed:firstly the quality management agencies was improved;then the every staff engaged in operation were needed to make the preservice training before construction until they were on duty after qualified;each process was ensured to be flow operation in construction process,not running out of the work;Finally the study will realize the optimization of the general level of highway management.
