本文参考现有的各类家用面条机,设计了一种全自动家用面条机。本文设计的全自动家用面条机主要由动力装置、搅面装置、挤面装置、面条成型装置和箱体组成。动力装置为搅面和压面提供动力;搅面装置将面粉搅拌均匀;挤面装置利用螺旋机构将搅好的面块挤压;面条成型装置将挤好的面块压成面条;箱体为整机的支承与封闭部分。

Referring to various domestic noodle machines,this paper designs a fully automatic domestic noodle machine.The automatic domestic noodle machine designed in this paper mainly consists of power device,mixing device,extruding device,noodle forming device and body.The power device provides power for mixing and pressing surface;the mixing device mixes the flour evenly;the extruding device extrudes the stirred noodles by screw mechanism;the noodle forming device extrudes the extruded noodles into noodles;the body is the supporting and closing part of the whole machine.
