西林瓶整理机结构设计

Structure Design of Xilin bottle finishing Machine

本文参考国内的理瓶机设备,设计了一种西林瓶理瓶机,该机外部采用不锈钢材质,以满足卫生部对食品药品的相关规定。本文设计的西林瓶理瓶机主要由梳理刷装置、输送装置、方向调整装置、传送装置、升降装置组成。梳理刷将杂乱无章的药瓶并排在一起;输送装置完成药瓶的输送和定位;方向调整装置用于调整药瓶的摆放位置;传送装置将药瓶输送到传送带上进入下一道工作环节;升降装置调整各工作平台之间的位置高度。

In this paper,referring to the domestic bottle machine equipment,a kind of penicillin bottle machine is designed.The machine designed in this paper is mainly composed of carding brush device,push device,direction adjusting device,push device,transmission device,lifting device and frame.The carding brush arranges the medicine bottle according to a certain order;the push device completes the delivery and positioning of the medicine bottle;adjusts the device used to adjust the placing position of the medicine bottle;the push device pushes the medicine bottle out to the conveyor belt;the transmission device conveys the medicine bottle to the next station. The lifting device adjusts the position height between the working platforms;the base of the frame is the supporting and operating part of the whole machine.
