含银活性炭纤维敷料的制备及性能评价

以粘胶纤维为原材料,在纤维表面以化学镀的方式引入银成分,最终经预处理、碳化和活化工艺后,制得了含银活性炭纤维敷料。结果表明,该敷料具有广谱抑菌性,良好的吸液性和生物相容性,作为敷料使用安全有效。

Using viscose fibers as raw materials,silver was introduced into the surface of the fibers by electroless plating.After pretreatment,carbonization and activation,the silver-containing activated carbon fiber dressing was prepared. The results showed that the dressing had broad-spectrum bacteriostasis,good liquid absorption and biocompatibility,and it was safe and effective to use as dressing.
