广西本科高校图书馆微信服务平台使用情况及对策研究

本文通过对广西36所本科院校图书馆微信平台的使用情况进行调研,研究结果表明:有25所高校图书馆开通了微信公众平台服务,其中服务号11家,订阅号14家,20家完成微信认证。各馆应该加强微信公众平台的推广、注重推送信息的质量、与用户进行互动来提高微信平台的服务质量。

The paper studies the usage of WeChat platform in 36 universities of Guangxi.The results show that 25 universitis libraries have WeChat public platform.in them,11 is Wechat service number,14 is Wechat subscription number and 20 had completed WeChat certification.Libraries should be strengthened the promotion of Wechat public platform,pay attention to the quality of push information and interactive with users to improve the quality of service of Wechat platform.
