中外合作背景下机械类专业人才培养模式研究

Research of Talent Training Mode of Mechanical Specialty under the Background of Sino-foreign Cooperation

随着教育改革的不断推进,中外合作办学已经成为高等教育的一个重要组成部分,而人才培养模式是中外合作办学的关键点。本文针对以往中外合作办学人才培养模式存在的问题,从人才培养模式构建、教学内容体系、教学师资力量、长远发展管理体制方面进行分析阐述,以求优化人才培养模式并发挥本校的优势,促进复合应用型国际化人才能力的培养。

With the development of the education reform,sino-foreign cooperative education has become an important part of higher education,and the talent training mode is the key point of sino-foreign cooperative education.In view of existed problem of the talent training mode in sino-foreign cooperative education,the construction of the talent training mode,the teaching content system,the teaching staff level and the long-term development management system are analyzed,to optimize the talent training mode and give full play to the advantages,and promote the cultivation of the composite applied international talent ability.
