大学生创新实验项目对促进自身能力培养的几点认识

近年来全国高校毕业生人数逐年剧增,面对复杂严峻的就业形势,大学生提高自身的创新创业能力和综合素质已经成为了必然趋势。针对大学生创新实验项目,从项目对自身能力培养、团队合作、信息获取及了解科研项目研究过程等几个方面进行总结,揭示大学生创新实验项目对大学生综合素质提高和实践能力的培养的必要性。

In recent years,the number of college graduates nationwide has increased dramatically year by year.Facing the complicated and severe employment situation,it has become an inevitable trend for college students to improve their ability to innovate and enhance comprehensive quality.Aiming at the innovative experimental project of college students,this paper summarizes several aspects such as self-cultivation,teamwork,information acquisition and understanding the research process of scientific research projects,and reveals the necessity of college students’innovative experimental projects to improve the comprehensive quality and practical ability of college students.
