摘要
农业科技园区是我国农业供给侧结构性改革的突破口,而供给侧结构性改革促进经济增长新动力的关键在于创新。从供给侧结构性改革的角度出发,以含有供给侧结构性改革的综合评价指标体系为基础,运用熵权法与TOPSIS相结合的模型和Matlab软件,对所选取样本的创新发展能力进行计算与评价,并通过对实证结果的对比分析提出针对性改进建议,以期提高陕西省农业科技园区的综合创新发展能力。
The agricultural science and technology park is the breakthrough point of agricultural supply-side structural reform in China, and the key of supply-side structural reform to promote the new power of economic growth lies in innovation. From the point of view of supply-side structural reform, based on the comprehensive evaluation index system with supply-side structural reform, the model of entropy weight method combined with TOPSIS and Matlab software are used in this paper. This paper calculates and evaluates the innovation and development ability of the selected samples, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the comprehensive innovation and development ability of Shaanxi agricultural science and technology park through the comparative analysis of the empirical results.
