摘要
构建创新生态系统是节能环保产业整合创新资源、打造创新优势、提升产业竞争力、打破发达国家技术壁垒的重要手段。在分析界定节能环保产业创新生态系统内涵和特征的基础上,从创新生态的视角明晰系统的六大创新组织、三大创新种群和内外部创新环境,构建节能环保产业创新生态系统模型,并基于多中心治理理论分析节能环保产业创新生态系统的治理机制,包括监管机制、声誉机制、知识产权保护机制、需求反馈机制、协同机制和信息披露机制,为系统的优化提供参考。
The construction of innovation ecosystem is an important means for energy-saving and environmental protection industries to integrate innovative resources, create innovative advantages, promote industrial competitiveness and break technical barriers in developed countries. On the basis of analyzing and defining the connotation and characteristics of energy conservation and environmental protection industry innovation ecosystem, this paper clarifies six innovation organizations, three innovation groups and internal and external innovation environment from the perspective of innovation ecology. And based on the theory of multi-center governance, the paper analyzes the governance mechanism of the innovation ecosystem of energy-saving and environmental protection industry,including supervision mechanism, reputation mechanism, intellectual property protection mechanism, demand feedback mechanism, collaborative mechanism and information disclosure mechanism, in order to provide reference for the optimization of the system.
