摘要
从系统视角剖析知识产权质押融资风险的影响因素,构建政府与产业风险、信用风险、知识产权自身风险、操作风险和主体间关系风险5个维度38个具体指标的风险评价体系;运用Vague集和TOPSIS多属性决策方法,构造Vague集评判矩阵,建立TOPSIS评价模型,根据不同备选方案的欧式贴近度进行排序,从而评价其融资风险。研究发现,信用风险和主体间关系风险是导致知识产权质押融资风险涌现的主要因素,Vague集和TOPSIS相结合的方法能够有效地评价知识产权质押融资风险,为优选融资企业提供决策依据。
This paper analyzes the influencing factors of intellectual property pledge financing risk from the system perspective, builds the risk evaluation index system which includes 38 indexes from 5 dimensions: government and industry risks, credit risks, intellectual property rights risks, operational risks and relationship risks among participants. The Vague and TOPSIS methods are used and evaluation matrix of Vague sets is build. The financing risks of different alternatives are sorted by Euclid Approach Degree. The results show that the credit risks and relationship risks among participants are the main factors leading to the risk of intellectual property pledge financing;the method of combining of Vague with TOPSIS can effectively evaluate the risk of intellectual property pledge financing and provide basis for decision-making for optimization of financing enterprises.
