数字经济背景下创新人才培养模式及对策研究

Research on Cultivation Mode and Countermeasures of Innovative Talents under Background of Digital Economy

通过分析我国创新人才培养模式现状及存在的问题,提出数字经济背景下创新人才培养的"三核"驱动模式,分别是政府的"内生+外引"、企业的"1+1+N"、高校的产学研"融通"三种创新人才培养的新模式,并在此基础上进一步提出创新人才培养新模式的相关对策,希望能为数字经济背景下创新人才的培养提供一定的借鉴。

By analyzing the status quo and problems of the innovative talents training model in China,the three-core driving model for the innovative talents training is proposed under the background of digital economy.They included the'endogenous+introduce from outside'of the government,the'1+1+N'of the enterprise,and the'communicating'with research and research of the univerdity..On the basis,We further propose releated policies for the new model of innovative talent training,and wish providing some reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in the context of digital economy.
