应用导向的企业基础研究对企业创新效率的影响——基于工业企业数据的实证研究

Impact of Market-oriented Enterprise's Basic Research on Enterprise Innovation Efficiency: An Empirical Study Based on Data of Industrial Enterprises

运用2009—2015年我国工业企业相关数据,采用超效率DEA和DEA-Tobit回归方法分析应用导向的企业基础研究对企业创新效率的影响。结果显示,应用导向的企业基础研究对创新绩效的影响具有时滞效应,且滞后期越长,正向影响越显著,这也是很多企业短视不愿意进行基础研究的原因。此外,政府投资与企业自筹资金并没有显著促进这种企业基础研究投入,因此政策引导比资金支持更为重要。基于此,提出相应对策与建议。

Based on the related data of large scale industrial enterprise input from 2009 to 2015,this paper uses super-efficiency DEA model and DEA-Tobit model to make empirical analysis on the impact of enterprise’s basic research on enterprise innovation efficiency.The results showed that the impact of enterprise’s basic research on enterprise innovation efficiency is lagging.The longer the lag phase,the more significant the effect.This is also the reason why the enterprises dislike basic research.Furthermore,government R&D investment and enterprises’research investment have no significant effect on the output of basic research.Thus government policy guidance is more important than financial support.Finally the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
