基于SWOT-QSPM模型的科技成果转化竞争战略研究

Research on Competitive Strategy of Scientific and Technological Achievement Transformation Based on SWOT-QSPM Model

全面梳理重庆科技成果转化的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四项影响因素,以SWOT模型分析得出重庆科技成果转化当前最适宜的竞争战略是由优势(S)与机遇(O)组合构成的SO进取型战略;运用QSPM矩阵研究得出SO战略四项备选方案的优先顺序依次为政策先行、需求引领、强强联手和服务护航,并据此制定了实施对策。

Firstly,this paper comprehensively investigated four influencing factors of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Chongqing’s scientific and technological achievement transformation.According to the SWOT model,it analyzed that the most suitable competitive strategy for Chongqing’s scientific and technological achievement transformation is the SO strategy,consisting of a combination of superiority(S)and opportunity(O).Then,QSPM matrix was used to determine the priority of the four alternative options for SO strategy.The result showed that the four options are in order of priority,followed by policy guidance,demand orientation,strong cooperation and service escort.Finally,it formulated countermeasures for implementation accordingly.
