To establish the regional innovation system, the government at all levels needs to attach great importance, optimize coordinated innovation mechanism, support from policies, projects, and funds, integrate science and technology innovation, and develop talent strategies. Only through this method, can we integrate and share resources across universities, enterprises, and institutions in a large scale, establish a research platform for mega scientific projects, and finally realize the great-leap-forward development for regional economic development.
