A Study on Outstanding Talent Training Mode Based on 5P Method

"卓越工程师计划"是国家中长期教育改革和发展规划的重要部分,已在各地高校试点。基于本校"卓越计划"前期问题的解决,本文提出5P方法论,其主要思想是以职业标准为中心,以问题来启动,以项目群为主线,考核以过程、阶段性为特征。相关实践证明,其成效是比较明显的。

'Outstanding engineer program', an important part of the national long-term education reform and development plan, has carried out in a few pilot colleges and universities. A solution to early issues has been proposed as the 5P Method. The main idea includes professional standards centered, problem initiated, programs, and process-based assessment. Practices show that its effectiveness is obvious.
