摘要 非金属薄膜发热体即热式电热水壶是利用高纯度石英玻璃管为载体的非金属薄膜发热体为加热源,通过水从通电发热的石英玻璃发热体管内壁流过,与石英玻璃管外壁淀积生成的薄膜发热体发生热交换,从而即时获得可饮用的沸腾开水。本文对石英玻璃管载体锑掺杂氧化锡薄膜发热体的生产方法、生产过程进行了描绘,对即热式电热水壶的工作原理予以了介绍,并对即热式电热水壶的结构设计进行了详细的阐述。 The tankless electric kettle uses the non-metallic film heating element as a heating source, whose carrier is high-purity quartz glass tube. The water flows from the heated tube inside and exchanges heat with the film outside and then becomes boiled for drink. This paper introduces the producing method and process of antimony-doped quartz glass carrier for producing tin oxide film heating element, as well as the working principle and structure design of the kettle.
