基于DEA的江西省能源消耗碳排放效率研究

摘要 本文采用DEA—BCC方法对江西省能源消费碳排放效率进行估算和分解,进一步利用相关软件对其进行空间格局和投入产出分析。研究表明:(1)江西省11个城市中,新余和鹰潭的能源消费碳排放效率为DEA有效,构成了江西省能源消费碳排放效率的前沿面;(2)江西省能源消费碳排放高效率主要位于赣东北地区,而能源消费碳排放低效率主要偏赣西南地区;(3)在投入一定的情况下,DEA非技术有效的城市具有节能减排潜力,其中最大的为抚州(92.06%),其次为吉安(52.57%)。 In this paper,the energy consumption and carbon emission efficiency of Jiangxi Province is estimated and decomposed with DEA-BCC method,and a further analysis of spatial pattern and input-output is carried out with the software. The results show that in the 11 cities of Jiangxi province,the energy consumption and carbon emission efficiency of Xinyu and Yingtan is DEA effective,which constitutes the frontier of energy consumption and carbon emission efficiency in Jiangxi Province. The high efficiency of energy consumption carbon emissions in Jiangxi Province is mainly located in northeastern Jiangxi. The energy-saving and emission-reducing potentials of DEA non-technical effective cities top southeastern China. The most promising city is Fuzhou(92.06%),followed by Jian(52.57%).
