断路器分合闸线圈保护系统的设计与应用

摘要 本文针对电力系统中断路器分(合)闸线圈经常烧毁的问题,设计了一种断路器分(合)闸线圈保护系统。通过对分(合)闸信号采集,对在一定时间内不能完成正常分(合)闸动作的断路器,将切断分(合)闸回路,以保护断路器分(合)闸线圈不被烧毁,并且当断路器拒跳时,可短时切断分(合)闸回路电源后又立即恢复,使断路器进行第二次分(合)闸操作,以提高分(合)闸的成功率,减少断路器拒动导致的越级跳闸。 Aiming at frequent burnout of circuit breaker tripping and closing coil in power system,this paper designs a circuit breaker tripping and closing coil protection system. The system,through the signal acquisition,will cut off the control loops of the circuit breaker who cannot complete the tripping and closing operation within a certain period of time,to protect the tripping and closing coil of the circuit breaker from being destroyed; and when the circuit breaker rejects,the system can shortly cut off the circuit breaker control loops with an immediate recovery of the power supply,and the circuit breaker will take for a second time the tripping and closing operation,in order to improve the success rate and reduce the override trip caused by the rejecting act of the breaker.
