摘要 材料的氧化行为对其实际应用具有很大影响。本文以航空用Ti Al合金材料为研究对象,利用PLC控制机器人等离子表面处理技术在基体表面制备铬钨共渗层,之后进行氧化实验,分析材料共渗层的显微组织结构、物相组成以及成分构成。最后得到结论,铬钨共渗层的存在能够有效地提高Ti Al合金抗氧化性。该研究为航空用Ti Al合金的研究应用提供了有用参考。 The oxidation of the material has a great impact on its practical application. In this paper, with aviation Ti Al alloy material chosen as the study object, automated robotic plasma surface treatment technology is used in the preparation of the substrate surface chromium tungsten permeation layer, which is followed by oxidation experiments, analysis of material permeation microstructure layer phase composition and composition. Finally, we draw the conclusion that the presence of chromium-tungsten diffusion layer can effectively improve the oxidation resistance of Ti Al alloy.This study provides a useful reference for aviation research applications with Ti Al alloys.
