提高阿勒泰地区档案管理科学化水平的思考

Reflections on Improving the Scientific Management of Archives in Altay Region

新疆阿勒泰地区是全国三大牧区之一,是新疆重要的畜牧业基地。阿勒泰地区档案资源极具地域特色,门类广泛、涉及面全的档案资源,格外受到人们的重视。本文结合近年的工作,试图从优化档案服务环境、强化档案基础业务建设、加强档案编研工作、加强档案的宣传力度、推进档案法制建设等方面,分析网络信息环境下档案资源的管理、开发与利用,希望为相关工作人员提供一定的参考。

Altay area in Xinjiang is one of the three major p astoral areas in China as well as an important livestock husbandry base in Xinjiang. The archives resources of Altay region boasts highly regional characteristics,and in particular,the archives with wide range of categories and cover different aspects attract people's attention. This article attempts to analyze the management,development and utilization of archives resources under the network information environment from the aspects of optimizing the environment of archival service,strengthening the basic business of archives,strengthening the compilation and editing of archives,strengthening the publicity of archives and promoting the archives legal system construction. We hope to provide some reference to relevant staff.
