摘要
本文设计了一种基于STC89C51为主控芯片的智能温控风扇。该风扇系统使用数字温度传感器DS18B20检测温度,通过LCD12864显示温度值,BTS7960作为驱动模块驱动风扇转动。系统启动后自动检测外界温度,把温度数据发送到单片机中,再反馈给BTS7960驱动电路,自动调节风扇转速。为使实验结果更加明显,本设计采用24V、20W的风扇。软件用Altium Designer进行线路设计仿真和测试每一个模块,记录结果,并与实物接线后的运行结果进行比较。系统初始稳定范围值为温度28℃~35℃,风扇的转速成线性增大,当到达最高温度时,电压稳定输出24V,风扇功率达到20W;当环境温度下降时,风扇转速也随之线性下降,温度低于范围值时风扇将停止转动。
This paper designs a n intelligent temperature control fan based on control chip STC89 C51,which uses DS18 B20 digital temperature sensor to detect temperature,displays temperature data through the LCD12864,and uses BTS7960 as a driving module to drive the fan. The system detect automatically the external temperature after startup,then send the temperature data to the MCU,and feedback to the BTS7960 drive circuit,thus adjusting the speed of the fan automatically. To make the results more obvious,this design uses the 24 V 20 W fan. Altium Designer software is used for circuit design and simulation and test of each module. Then we record the results,and draw a comparison with the results after the circuit connection. The initial stability temperature range of the system is 28℃ to35 ℃,the speed of the fan is linearly increased,when the temperature is up to the maximum,voltage stable output24 V,fan power to 20 W; when the temperature drops,the speed of the fan decreases linearly. The fan will stop turning when the temperature is below the range.
