南昌市科技成果转化的现状、问题与对策研究

The Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Nanchang City: Status Quo, Problems and Countermeasures

科技成果转移转化是一个复杂的系统工程。从近三年南昌市科技创新发展形势来看,科技成果转移转化难仍是南昌市提升科技创新能力的短板之一。本文对南昌市科技成果转化的现状进行了全面分析,在与中部省会城市比较的基础上总结了南昌市科技成果转化的主要问题,提出了促进南昌市科技成果转化的对策建议,明确了科技成果转移转化改革的突破方向和重点工作。

The transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a complicated systematic project.From the development situation of scientific and technological innovation in Nanchang City in the recent 3 years,the difficulty in transferring and transforming scientific and technological achievements is still one of the short slabs obstructing the improvement of the city’s ability to innovate in science and technology.This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Nanchang City and,based upon comparison with other provincial capitals in Central China,sums up the major problems faced by Nanchang City in transforming scientific and technological achievements,brings forward some suggestions on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and explicitly specifies the direction of breakthrough and key work for the reform of transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
