Research on Opening and Sharing of Big Data and Traffic Order Governance by Law

大数据思想的提出和基础理论研究,为新时代道路交通安全管理工作提供了科学方法。本文在阐述大数据的根本在于依法共享的基础上,总结了影响道路交通秩序畅通的主要问题,分析了问题产生的主要原因,提出大数据交通安全秩序依法治理的实现路径,对进一步完善道路交通安全法治建设,切实做好道路交通安全管理工作,保护人民群众生命财产安全具有积极的参考价值和现实意义。

The proposal of big data idea and relative basic theory research provide a scientific method for road traffic safety management in the new era.On the basis of explaining that the basic of big data is lawful sharing,this paper summarizes the main problems affecting the smooth traffic order,analyses the main causes of these problems,puts forward the realization path of the traffic safety order governance by law through big data,which is of positive reference value and practical significance for boosting the rule of law construction to road traffic safety,for completing road traffic safety management and for protecting people’s lives and property safety.
