Co-working place is a new scientific service platform to enhance innovation ability and accelerate industrial upgrading.It's also an important service carrier to achieve social and economic transformation and sustainable development.This paper discusses several factors that restrict co-working space development by analyzing the status quo of co-working space in Yunnan province.Combining with the actual situation,this paper provides effective solutions.
