采用正交实验法对某型煤优化配比研究

Study on Optimizing Proportion of the Briquette with Orthogonal Experiments

针对吉林市某型煤产品存在的问题 ,应用正交实验法对其原料配方、各种原料煤对型煤热值影响的主次顺序、挥发物产率和燃尽率等影响燃烧特性的因素进行了试验研究 。

Counting the problem that exist in briquette of Jilin City,our research took the influence factors of combustion characteristlcs into account through orthogonal experiment,such as proportion of raw coals,order on the influence of raw coals upon heat value of briquette,volatile and combustion efficiency.Then we obtained the regularity and relation of the ignitability and combustion efficiency of briquette and drew the curves of experiments.
