摘要
对曲梁单边空间悬索人行桥施工控制的控制策略、参数影响性分析、结构体系转换、施工过程监测、索力调控等关键内容进行了重点研究.提出了创新性的落架卸载体系转换方案.确定了以索力控制为主、以桥面标高及横坡控制为辅的施工控制策略.施工过程中通过监测数据与理论数据的对比分析,对施工过程进行了反馈控制.结果表明,制定的控制策略合理可行,卸载过程平稳可靠.根据监测反馈结果,对索力偏差原因进行了分析,对不满足安全系数的吊索进行了索力调整,最终使人行桥的状态满足了规范要求,达到了设计预期.
The construction control technologies of curved beam-space unilateral suspension cable footbridge, including control strategy, parameter effect analysis, structural system transformation, unloading jack setting control, cable force adjustment and other key issues are studied. The conversion scheme for reducing the height of box girder is designed by innovation. Control strategies are determined in a way that the cable force control is taken as the main part, and the elevation and lateral slope control of bridge deck as the supplement. During the construction process, comparison and analysis of the monitoring data and the theoretical data are performed. Feedback control of the construction is carried out as well. Results show that the control strategy is reasonable and feasible, and the unloading process is stable and reliable. According to the load test results, cable force adjustment is carried out for the rope which does not meet the safety factor requirement. Finally, the safety factor of the cable meets the requirements of the code.
