H型薄壁钢梁-轻质混凝土装配式组合楼板受力性能试验研究 被引量:4

Experimental study on mechanical behavior of fabricated composite slabs of H-type thin-walled steel beams and lightweight concrete

摘要 通过对5块由H型薄壁钢梁和轻骨料混凝土形成的装配式组合楼板的静力加载试验,研究了该种装配式组合楼板常温下的受力性能和变形性能,并对比分析了不同约束条件以及次梁高度对楼板强度和刚度的影响.研究结果表明:该楼板具有良好的整体性和变形能力,当跨中挠度达到L/100时仅出现局部破坏,试件未发生整体坍塌,且具有双向板的受力特征;加强主梁两端约束对提高楼板承载力的作用并不十分明显;增加次梁高度可以提高楼板的极限承载力,但对楼板整体刚度影响较小. Through the static loading test of 5 fabricated slabs consisting of H-type thin-walled steel beams and lightweight aggregate concrete, the mechanical property and deformation behavior of slabs under normal temperature were studied. The effects of different constraint conditions and height of secondary beams on the strength and stiffness of the composite slabs were analyzed. The results showed that the composite slabs had better entirety and deforming ability. There was only local failure and no overall collapse whereas the deflection at mid-span was up to L/100. The slab specimens had the mechanical characteristics of two-way slabs. Strengthening the restraint at the ends of main beam can improve the bearing capacity of the slabs in a minor degree. Increasing the height of the secondary beam can increase the ultimate bearing capacity of the composite slabs, but it has limited influence on the integral stiffness of the composite slabs.
