摘要
天津理工大学体育馆索穹顶为国内首个百米级的新型复合式索穹顶结构.以该索穹顶结构为背景,提出一种新的索穹顶安装施工方法即塔架顶升安装施工方法.这种方法相比传统的高空散装法而言,可以显著减小斜索安装内力.为了进一步验证塔架顶升安装施工方法的可行性,并深入探讨该施工方法的优势,通过天津理工大学体育馆索穹顶1∶15的缩尺模型,进行了高空散装法和塔架顶升安装施工方法的模型施工试验,并进行了模拟分析.结果表明,塔架顶升安装施工方法可实现索穹顶的安装成型,相比于高空散装法,它可以显著减小斜索安装内力,降低了施工难度;该方法的索力分散程度低,有利于施工过程中索力的精确把控,且更加适合对称结构的安装,有利于减小对称施工过程中的内力不对称分布程度.
The cable dome of the stadium of Tianjin University of Science and Technology is the first new composite cable dome in China of one-hundred-meter level.Based on the structure of this cable dome,a new construction method,namely the tower jacking installation method,is proposed.Compared with the traditional high-altitude bulk method,this method can significantly reduce the installation internal force of the inclined cable.In order to further verify the feasibility of the tower jacking installation method and discuss the advantages of this construction method in-depth,through the 1∶15 scale model of the stadium of Tianjin University of Science and Technology,the model construction test of high-altitude bulk method and tower jacking installation method is carried out in this paper,as wall as the simulation analysis.It is shown that the cable dome tower jacking installation method can achieve cable dome installation molding.Compared to the high-altitude bulk method,the tower jacking installation method can significantly reduce the internal force of inclined cable and reduce the construction difficulty.It has the advantages of low dispersion of the cable force and accurate control of the cable force in the construction process.It is more suitable for the installation of the symmetrical structure,which is favorable for reducing the asymmetric distribution of the internal force in the symmetrical construction process.
