橡胶隔震支座竖向刚度有限元模拟与试验研究 被引量:5

Finite element simulation and experimental study on vertical stiffness of rubber isolation bearings

摘要 针对现有叠层橡胶支座竖向刚度计算方法不能准确反应厚层支座竖向刚度的问题,以试验和有限元分析为基础,确立叠层橡胶支座竖向刚度的计算方法.结果表明:橡胶压缩模量计算的不准确造成了现有竖向刚度计算公式不适用于厚层橡胶支座,试验和有限元的对比证明有限元可模拟出真实结果,并得出第一形状系数与橡胶压缩模量的实际关系. The existing formula for calculating the vertical stiffness of laminated rubber bearings cannot accurately reflect the vertical stiffness of thick rubber bearings.Based on tests and finite element analysis,a calculation method for determining the vertical stiffness of laminated rubber bearings is established.The results show that existing vertical stiffness formula does not apply to thick rubber bearings due to inaccurate calculation of rubber compression modulus.Through comparisons of test and finite element analysis results,it is verified that the finite element analysis can be used to accurately simulate real results,and the relationship between the first shape factor and the rubber compression modulus can be accurately obtained.
