摘要
为科学处理信号交叉口服务质量评价过程中的随机性和模糊性,构建基于云模型的模糊综合评价模型。首先在分析各项影响因素及其标准的基础上,建立信号交叉口评价指标体系和评分等级。然后构造云模型正向发生器确定各二级指标的隶属度向量,结合各项指标的权重系数计算信号交叉口服务质量的评判结果,由最大隶属原则确定其服务质量等级。最后以长沙市某交叉口服务质量评价为例开展案例分析,结果表明该方法能有效解决模糊评价中隶属度的不确定性问题,为改善城市交叉口、制定交通管理策略提供一种合理的参考依据。
To scientifically deal with randomness and fuzziness in the process of evaluating the service quality of signalized intersection,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on cloud model is developed.In the beginning,the evaluation index system and scoring grade of signalized intersection were built based on the analysis of the influence factors and their standards.Then,the forward generator of the cloud model is established to determine the subordinate degree vectors of the two-level indices,and the evaluation results of the service quality of signalized intersections are calculated with the weight coefficient of each index.The final service quality grade is determined by the principle of maximum subordination.At last,a case study is carried out to evaluate the service quality of one intersection in Changsha.The result shows that the method can effectively solve the uncertainty of membership degree in fuzzy evaluation,and provide a reasonable reference for improving the intersection of city and making traffic management strategy.
