严寒地区某绿色建筑土壤源热泵系统运行性能分析

摘要 随着建筑节能观念的推广和热泵技术的不断发展,越来越多的建筑使用热泵作为建筑的冷热源。但是随着热泵的长时间运行,热泵装机容量与建筑实际运行不匹配、机组性能逐年下降等问题逐渐的显现出来。通过对严寒地区某绿色建筑土壤源热泵系统冬、夏两季工况的持续监测,研究了该系统的夏季与冬季运行特性。利用多种影响因素与机组性能系数的相关性分析发现,首先,无论夏季还是冬季,用户侧供回水温差和部分负荷率对机组的性能系数均有较大程度的影响;其次,地源侧供回水温度对冬季机组性能系数也有较大影响。该绿色建筑夏季与冬季土壤源热泵运行情况稳定;夏季与冬季热不平衡为31.7%;夏季与冬季部分负荷率均在0.7以上,机组处于高效运行区间;建筑夏、冬季在过量供冷、供热方面的节能潜力分别为25.4%和19.4%。 With the promotion of building energy conservation concepts and the continuous development of heat pump technology, more and more buildings use heat pumps as a source of cold and heat for buildings. However, with the long-term operation of the heat pump, the problems of the installed capacity of the heat pump are not matched with the actual operation of the building, and the performance of the unit is declining year by year. Through the continuous monitoring of the working conditions of a green building soil-source heat pump system in winter and summer in severe cold regions, the summer and winter operating characteristics of the system were studied. Based on the correlation analysis between various infuencing factors and the coeffcient of performance of the unit, it is found that the temperature difference and partial load rate of the user side supply water have a large degree of infuence on the coeffcient of performance of the unit in summer or winter. Secondly, the water temperature of ground-source side supply also has a large impact on the coeffcient of performance of the winter unit. The green building soil-source heat pump operation is stable in summer and winter. The thermal imbalance is 31.7% between summer and winter. The partial load rate in summer and winter is above 0.7, and the unit is in the effcient operation range. The energy saving potential of building in summer and winter is 25.4% and 19.4% respectively in excessive cooling and heating.
