摘要 超低能耗建筑强调以被动式为主的方式来实现建筑的超低能耗,并提供舒适的室内环境。主要依赖高性能围护结构、新风热回收、气密性、可调遮阳等建筑技术,但实现被动式超低能耗的难点主要在技术的适宜性。如何通过关键技术的合理设计实现建筑在非机械、不耗能或少耗能的条件下,满足供暖制冷的能源需求。本文结合北京市气候特征,对超低能耗建筑关键技术进行研究,力图对超低能耗建筑技术的推进做出积极探索。 Ultra-low-energy buildings emphasizing passive mode to achieve the building’s ultra-low energy consumption and provide a comfortable indoor environment.Ultra-low-energy buildings mainly rely on highperformance envelope,fresh air heat recovery,air tightness,adjustable shade and other building technologies.However,the difficulty of achieving passive ultra-low energy consumption is mainly due to the technical suitability.That is how to meet the energy requirements of heating and cooling under the conditions of non-mechanical,energy-less or energy-less construction through reasonable design of key technologies.Combining with the climate characteristics of Beijing,this paper studies the key technologies of ultra-low energy buildings and attempts to make an active exploration on the technical promotion of ultra-low energy buildings.
