神农湾酒店被动房设计初探

Preliminary Study on Passive Design of Shennong Bay Hotel

神农湾酒店被动房项目通过了住房和城乡建设部科技与产业化发展中心及德国能源署专家组的严格检测验收,获得了被动房A级能耗标识认证。本文分别从工程概况、设计思路和技术标准、被动式建筑增量成本分析、能耗对比及经济性分析等层面介绍了该项目的设计经验。

The Passive Housing Project of Shennong Bay Hotel has passed the strict inspection and acceptance by the expert group which was jointly organized by the Science and Technology Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural Development and German Energy Agency,and this project has been certified as Class A energy consumption label of Passive Housing.This paper introduces the design experience of the project from the aspects of engineering overview,design ideas and technical standards,passive incremental cost analysis,energy consumption comparison and economic analysis.
