基于生态文明语境的未来城市规划建设思考

Thoughts on Future Urban Planning and Construction Based on the Context of Ecological Civilization

我国自改革开放后,特别是20世纪90年代末以来,进入快速城镇化阶段,伴随而来的众多"城市病"也日益凸显。随着中央城市工作会议的召开,在生态文明语境下高质量发展已渐成共识。为深入理解我国城市发展所处的历史阶段,面临的形势和未来发展方向,探索未来城市规划建设模式和方法,本文尝试:(1)总结归纳城镇化历史进程,提炼5条城市发展规律;(2)凝练3条当前城市发展的核心诉求;(3)提出生态文明语境下城市高质量发展的4个规划设计创新模式。

Since the reform and opening up,especially since the late 1990 s,China has entered the stage of rapid urbanization,accompanied by many'urban diseases'have become increasingly prominent.With the convening of the Central Urban Work Conference,there has been a consensus on high-quality development in the context of Ecological Civilization.In order to deeply understand the historical stage,the situation and the future development direction of urban development in China,and explore the mode and method of urban planning and construction in the future,this paper attempts to:(1)summarize the historical process of urbanization,extract five laws of urban development;(2)condense the three core demands of current urban development;(3)put forward four planning and design innovation models for high-quality urban development in the context of Ecological Civilization.
