海绵城市理念下的北方老旧小区改造方法——以北京市通州区建筑小区为例

Reconstruction Method of Old Residential Quarters in North China under the Concept of Sponge City——Taking Tongzhou District of Beijing as an Example

老旧小区由于年代久远,基础设施不完善,存在道路破损、景观效果差的问题,居民改造意愿强。在改造的过程中从问题出发,通过"渗、滞、蓄、净、用、排"等多种技术手段,实现海绵城市雨水的控制与利用目标的同时注重景观的改善和提升,满足居民的诉求,最终提升居民满意度,建成绿色、自然、和谐、生态、文明的居住小区。

Owing to the long history and imperfect infrastructure,the old residential quarters have the problems of damaged roads and poor landscape,and residents have strong desire to transform.Starting from the problems in the process of transformation,through various technical means such as'infiltration,stagnation,storage,purification,utilization and drainage',we can realize the goal of rainwater control and utilization in Sponge City,while paying attention to the improvement and promotion of landscape,satisfying the demands of residents,ultimately improving the satisfaction of the residents and building a green,natural,harmonious,ecological and civilized residential district.
