摘要
磷石膏空腔模盒无梁楼盖由于其内部具有空腔,其保温隔热性能优于普通的混凝土实心楼盖。本文在一种传统的磷石膏空腔模的基础上,从传统的热阻理论出发,建立磷石膏空腔模盒的热阻计算模型;根据壁面间辐射换热的过程计算磷石膏空腔的辐射换热量,再根据换热量计算出空腔热阻,以此得到空腔辐射换热与磷石膏空腔模总热阻之间的关系;并根据热阻之间的关系提出新形式的模盒。借助ANSYS有限元软件进行空腔内辐射热为主要模拟对象的导热过程分析,借此了解楼盖导热过程中空腔的影响程度。
Because of the enclosure inside the Phosphogypsum cavity slab,it can have a better thermal efficiency than a normal concrete slab floor.Based on the thermal resistance theory,this paper analyzes the original type of cavity slab,calculates the heat transfer rate of radiation by facial radiation transfer theory,and tries to find out the thermal conduction of the cavity slab.The finite element software ANSYS is used to simulate the heat transfer among the slab,especially the radiation heat transfer in the enclosure,to find out the thermal conductivity of the slab,and finally to know more about how much important the air heat transfer in the phosphogypsum enclosure affect the whole heat transfer in the cavity slab.
